Firm Profile Buynak Law is a strategic, practical firm of highly competent professionals; attorneys and staff are eager and ready to actively and timely assist clients with their business activities. We partner with clients to realize their dreams, to manage and extend their business activities and their success. We practice as “general counsels,” as “trusted advisors,” to our clients, who value our expertise, our approach to the practice of law as well as each member of the Buynak Law team. Buynak Law is a law firm primarily for businesses, business activities and business persons in the extended Santa Barbara Community (Gaviota to Carpinteria, including the Santa Ynez Valley). Those representations have taken us far and wide, as we have extended our practice throughout many states in the United States and internationally into the United Kingdom, European Union, New Zealand, Mexico, Java, and Costa Rica. Alliances are maintained with other attorneys and firms for other specialties, e.g. litigation, intellectual property (trademarks, trade secrets, etc.), family, criminal, entertainment, etc. If the necessity arises, we are well equipped to provide a full range of legal services to clients, strategically aligning ourselves with our alliance partners. We are located in the business center of Santa Barbara, within its historic El Paseo, overlooking the city to the Channel Islands and to the mountains, from our new, modern, green offices. Our attorneys are seasoned, experienced professionals, most with litigation backgrounds to allow them to proactively guide clients. Each of our staff regularly process routine matters, such as entity formations and maintenance activities, so that we are able to provide efficient and effective service to our clients.
